1 Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Member" / "You" — Any natural person who has successfully registered an account on the rp6788 Platform and whose account is in good standing.

• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money.

• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for transactions on the rp6788 Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all customer support hours and transaction timestamps unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on rp6788. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. rp6788 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where it is determined, or reasonably suspected, that the account holder is under the minimum age.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The rp6788 Platform is operated and marketed primarily for residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the rp6788 Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on rp6788. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. rp6788 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances where this policy is found to have been violated.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or use rp6788 Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been banned or excluded from rp6788 under a self-exclusion agreement or disciplinary action.
• Employees, directors, officers, contractors, or agents of rp6788 or its affiliated companies, including immediate family members of such persons.
• Persons accessing the Platform using automation, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Persons acting on behalf of any third party in placing wagers on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the rp6788 registration form in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. If any registered information changes (for example, your email address, phone number, or bank account details), you must notify rp6788 promptly by contacting the support team. rp6788 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. rp6788 will treat all activity conducted under your account credentials as authorized by you, whether or not you have actually performed such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify rp6788 immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All accounts on rp6788 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at rp6788's applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. rp6788 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for fluctuations in currency values.

4 KYC Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

rp6788 requires all Members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. KYC may also be requested at any time at rp6788's discretion, including when a Member's account activity suggests unusual patterns, when large transactions are processed, or when required to comply with rp6788's internal anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.2 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving license showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the payment method registered on your account belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your registered name).

4.3 Verification Timeline

rp6788 aims to complete standard KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are held pending completion of KYC; deposits and gameplay may continue during this period at rp6788's discretion.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

rp6788 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian Members:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.

rp6788 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment channels may vary depending on your location within Indonesia and prevailing banking conditions.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, rp6788 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 5 to 30 minutes for local bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. rp6788 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet channels and within 1 to 3 business hours for local bank transfers during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during national public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request may be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The Member's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• The Member must have completed at least one (1) full deposit-and-wager cycle on their account.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds credited to the account must have been fulfilled in full.
• The withdrawal destination account must belong to the registered Member — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.5 Transaction Fees

rp6788 does not charge Members any platform-side fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Member's own bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees or conversion charges, for which rp6788 accepts no responsibility. rp6788 reserves the right to introduce transaction fees in the future with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice to affected Members.

5.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions

If a deposit fails to reach your account balance within the stated processing window, you must contact rp6788 support with your transaction reference number. rp6788 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit the balance manually within 24 hours. rp6788 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or incorrect account details provided by the Member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

rp6788 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty reward points. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire after this period.

6.3 Eligible Wagers

For the purpose of meeting wagering requirements, the following wager types count toward the rollover total:

Where bonus abuse is identified, rp6788 reserves the right to forfeit all related bonus funds and winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the Member from future participation in rp6788 promotions.

6.5 Seasonal Promotions

rp6788 periodically runs seasonal promotions aligned with major events in the Indonesian calendar, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments such as the BRI Liga 1 season opener, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time of launch.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on rp6788 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and bet type. In the event of any ambiguity, rp6788's trading team interpretation of the applicable market rules shall be final and binding. Key sportsbook rules include:

• A bet is confirmed only when accepted by rp6788's system and a bet reference number is issued. Bets not issued a reference number are not valid.

• Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets settled as void due to a push result will have the stake returned in full.

9 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

rp6788 aims to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% on an annualized basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or events beyond rp6788's reasonable control (including force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions by governmental authorities) may result in temporary unavailability. rp6788 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a Member as a result of Platform downtime.

10.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp6788's aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to rp6788 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusions

rp6788 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rp6788's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by rp6788

rp6788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where rp6788 reasonably determines that:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The Member's account shows evidence of bonus abuse, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or the use of prohibited software.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Member's account would expose rp6788 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

11.2 Closure by the Member

A Member may request closure of their rp6788 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed at a Member's request may be reopened subject to rp6788's discretion and completion of any required re-verification.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Member's account — whether by rp6788 or at the Member's request — all licences granted under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been legitimately earned through completion of applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited at the point of account closure.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp6788 holds its international operating licence. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

rp6788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rp6788 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or a prominent on-screen notification at least 7 calendar days before the revised terms take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect Member rights may be implemented without prior notice.

The date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. By continuing to use the rp6788 Platform after any revised Terms & Conditions have come into effect, you confirm your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
